If sources conflict
If information from a secondary source conflicts with the official notification, the official notification takes precedence. We correct our page to match the official document.
Automated extraction and verification
We may use automated and AI-assisted extraction to read notification documents and organise them into structured fields. Automated reading is helpful for speed but can misread scanned pages, complex tables or unusual layouts.
For this reason, source verification remains essential: extracted values are checked against the source document before publishing, and the official notification link is kept on the page so readers can verify it themselves.
Updates after publication
